Drain-All will conduct a photo review of your installation equipment layout and piping arrangement at no charge. Once you have installed your equipment, take several high resolution digital photos of the equipment showing all piping to the condensate trap product and from the product to the drain point. It is OK to take several photos to cover the entire layout so that all of the piping can be tracked from one connection location to another. Make sure you have some photos from shoulder height and also some from floor level straight on in elevation view so that we can see the relative levels of piping and equipment. Drain-All will review the photos in detail, mark them with designations and provide a written review detailing any recommended changes to provide you with a trouble free installation. Quite often small piping issues can result in major operational problems weeks, days, months and even years later. It is good to catch them early and correct them. There is no charge for this installation review service.
Please take the digital photos on a high resolution setting (400 kb to 2 meg file size) so that they can be enlarged on the computer screen to see details as needed. Provide in your email a description of the equipment (type, brand, size) that is being drained and any formal location designation you use in your facility for that piece of equipment and its location.

A review of your photos will be conducted and, if changes are recommended, a report will be returned to you by email within one business day of receiving the photos. If you need a response quicker than that, please make that known in your email. Should there be something that we feel needs to be changed quickly, you will be called right away. If there are no changes recommended, an email to that effect will be sent to you once the photos are reviewed.
